Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) set out the agreement between Coaching with Cole (‘me’) and you (‘the Client’) for the provision of ADHD coaching services.


By booking or attending a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coaching Services:

  • ADHD coaching focuses on supporting clients to identify goals, develop self-awareness, and create practical strategies for daily life.

  • Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or psychotherapy.

  • Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

2. Booking and Payments:

  • Sessions are booked via Calendy.

  • Payment is required by bank transfer before each session. Bank details will be provided when you book your appointment.

  • Packages must be used within an agreed time frame of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • If the coach needs to cancel, as much notice as possible will be given and an alternative date offered.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed to others without your consent, except where required by law or safeguarding concerns (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).
Notes are stored securely in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

5. Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our . By using our services, you consent to the storage and handling of your data as described in that policy.

6. Session conduct and boundaries

  • Coaching sessions are a collaborative space based on mutual respect.

  • The coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour occurs.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered if the coach cancels the service and no suitable alternative can be arranged.

  • Once a coaching session or package has commenced, refunds are not typically available.
