AcCess to work
I’m happy to support clients who are using Access to Work (AtW) funding to access ADHD coaching.
Access to Work is a government scheme in the UK (through the Department for Work and Pensions, DWP) that provides financial support to people with a disability or health condition — including ADHD — to help them start or stay in work.
The scheme can cover the costs of ADHD coaching (often called “specialist coaching” or “workplace strategy coaching”).
How to apply:
Apply online or by phone through the link below.
There is currently are estimated at 90 days to be assessed.
You’ll have an assessment call where you explain how ADHD impacts your work.
If approved, you’ll receive a grant that goes directly to fund services like coaching. You don’t pay it back.
You’ll then choose your ADHD coach (like me) to deliver the support, and the DWP covers the cost (either directly or reimbursed via your employer, depending on the setup).
Sessions funded by Access to Work will be £100 per session due the additional admin involved — such as invoicing, liaising with case managers.
Please note, if you have funding ready to be used, I can work with you.
