About Me

Welcome! I’m Cole (he/him) and I help people with ADHD understand themselves.

I bring a unique perspective to my coaching practice. I’m a Registered Mental Health Nurse and accredited ADHD Coach with over 10 years of professional experience.

Being diagnosed with ADHD in 2022 was a life changing experience for me. It allowed me to see myself in a new light, and it gave me a deeper, more personal understanding of myself and the daily challenges—and unique strengths—that come with living with ADHD. I have since found profound happiness and clarity.

Knowing I have a different brain has helped me understand why things have worked out the way they have but that doesn’t make it easier to deal with. I hold a huge amount of grief for the person I could have been if I knew I had a different brain.

My approach is simple: ADHD does not need to be “fixed.” It’s not a flaw or a failing. Instead, it’s something to be understood, embraced, and worked with. This does not come naturally, given the stigma and misunderstanding of ADHD you may have been exposed to. My role as a coach is to support you in discovering strategies that suit your unique brain and lifestyle, while also helping you to build confidence in your own abilities.

In my sessions, I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can show up exactly as they are. Many people with ADHD have spent years feeling misunderstood, “too much,” or “not enough.” My coaching is about offering a different experience - one where you’re accepted, listened to, and encouraged to explore your authentic self.

I always approach my practice with an intersectional lens. I know that ADHD doesn’t exist in isolation; our identities, backgrounds, and environments shape how we experience the world. I recognise and honour the ways these intersections influence each person’s journey with ADHD.

What I love most about this work is watching people begin to see themselves differently, often for the first time. Coaching isn’t about forcing yourself into someone else’s definition of what is right or successful. It’s about building tools and approaches that align with who you are, and learning to navigate challenges in a way that feels manageable and authentic.

If you’re looking for a coach who understands both the clinical and lived experience of ADHD, I would be honoured to work with you. Together, we can explore how to create more ease, self-compassion, and joy in your life.
